Just look a truck them. Some one in Florida is selling a pair of Fiat 126s, and I want both.

Look how skinny those tires are, and those headlights look like sad little puppy dog eyes.

The ad says the Yellow is an 86 and Brown is an 89. Unfortunately that’s the only info given, which is kinda odd considering how good the pictures are. The difference in Model year must explain the difference in interior design. The 86 looks like a late 70s VW Interior. And the 89 looks like a early 80s VW inteior. Lol

I’d want the yellow one, with the wheels and seats from the tan one. Driving around  without headrests just seems wreckless.

Perfect! I actually want the tan with the wheels and seats of the yellow! I figure if you’re getting a vintage car having it look like the 80s inside kinda defeats the purpose. And I like the wheels better. I’m in VA. Are you closer to Florida than me? Let's get this bad idea train moving!

I am not closer. I’m in Wisconsin. I just get bored of my local listings and start “shopping” for in other areas.

My father in law lives just a few miles away, actually. But my wife says "vintage mini or bust", which is why I married her.

Yeah not sure what happened there. For what it’s worth is does seat as many as some minivans.

Very nice! The beige ‘89 looks original, but that yellow ‘86 is very much not factory. It has a lot of parts (rims, interior seats) that came from a later EL or ELX model which were ‘94-’00 (possibly the color as well, it’s definitely been resprayed ).

Other interior differences may be because the vinyl seats would’ve been a lower trim option. Also, throughout the mid to early ‘80s, FSM had ‘transition cars’ when the FL model came out (in ‘84)...meaning cars of that age are often mix and match with parts from earlier ‘72-’84 126ps...engines, interior bits, dashboards, you name it. For example, you could get an FL model car that should have had this 652 cc engine, but instead had an earlier 600cc engine from the ST because they were just using up the parts. Could have an FL model that was 100% an FL model parts-wise otherwise, but had an ST dashboard and gauge cluster. Got to love communism! :P

Would love to have both, especially the beige one! :D

Ooo, Borsuq thinks the seats in the yellow one are actually Opel Corsa B seats, so definitely not factory!
